Our Manager Training program is designed for
caregivers, owners of assisted living homes or other health care
professional (CNA, LPN) aspiring to become a licensed manager. The training
program will provide the basic knowledge needed to pass the Manager’s
licensing examination and perform effectively as a facility manager.
The training program is offered online, and the course content includes
general management and operations of small business, manager’s role and
responsibilities, delegation of authority, resident service plans,
medication administration, development of policies and procedures, personnel
management, business practices, financial management and understanding of
federal and state laws, rules and regulations as related to assisted living.
The course is provided in 8 lessons. Each lesson ends with a brief review in
the form of quizzes which will help you understand each lesson more fully
and help prepare you for the Manager’s license examination. We also offer on
ground Manager Exam Preparation classes.
