Below is a list of courses and the
number of continuing education units (CEUs) that are offered, and the cost.
Caregivers are required to complete a minimum of 12 hours of ongoing training or
continuing education every 12 months of employment. ACTI is a training program
approved by the Arizona Department of Health Services to provide Caregiver
training and continuing education. Our online continuing education courses cover
topics that are consistent with the required professional refresher training.
After reading the course materials, students will complete multiple choice tests
that are designed to cover most sections of the study material. It is also the
responsibility of facility managers to ensure that caregivers satisfy the
continuing education requirements.
